Every order is made with care, just for you. Because our products are made to order, please allow a little time for your order to be prepared before it begins its journey to you.

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue. We will offer a full refund or a free replacement at our discretion.

Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. Contact us at holyoccasion@gmail.com or on the Contact Page as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been delivered, no cancellations, refunds, or replacements will be issued.

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any reason other than the above.
